Discover
I question the brand, the audience and the competition until the idea is obvious. You leave with a clear brief and a direction we both agreed on.

Design
Art direction, layouts and motion studies, prototyped in the browser early so nothing is a surprise on launch day.

Build
Hand-written front-end and CMS, tested on real phones, slow networks and old laptops, not only on my own machines.

Launch
Deploy, measure, tune. Every site ships against the same Lighthouse targets, then I stay on to keep improving it.
