v1dal.com sets no cookies of its own, shows no ads and uses no tracking tools. This page lists everything the site does collect, why, and for how long.
1. Who is responsible
This website is run by Dimitrios Vidalis (V1DAL), Agios Nikolaos, Crete, Greece, who is the controller of the personal data described here. For anything about your data, email [email protected].
2. The contact form
When you send the form, the site stores your name, email address, the budget you picked, your message, the time it was sent and the IP address it came from.
Why: to reply to you and, if you ask for it, to prepare an offer. The IP address is kept to stop spam and abuse of the form.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); for the IP address, the legitimate interest in keeping the form free of abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Where: the message is saved on the website's server and also sent by email to [email protected].
How long: the copy on the server is deleted automatically 24 months after it was sent. If we go on to work together, the emails and documents of that project are kept for as long as Greek tax and accounting law requires.
3. Anonymous visit statistics
To see which pages are read, the site counts visits on its own server, without any outside service. For each page view or click it records: the page, the time, which button or project was opened, the domain of the website that linked here (for example google.com), the language of the page and the device type (phone, tablet or computer).
It stores no IP address, no cookie and no identifier, so these records cannot be linked to you or to each other. The server holds a visitor's IP address in memory for at most 10 minutes, only to limit how many records one visitor can send, and never writes it down.
Legal basis: the legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long: deleted automatically after 24 months.

The site itself sets no cookies. It keeps a few small settings in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device and are not used to track you:

Cloudflare, which protects and delivers the site, may set a strictly necessary security cookie (such as __cf_bm) if traffic from your connection looks automated. It is used only to tell people from bots.
5. Technical data when you visit
Like any website, loading a page sends your IP address and basic browser information to the servers that deliver it. The site's server does not keep access logs of your visits.
6. Who else handles data
Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) hosts the website's server, where the form messages and statistics are stored.
Cloudflare, Inc. delivers and protects the site, runs its DNS and forwards email sent to [email protected]. Cloudflare may process data outside the EU under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Google (Gmail) carries and stores the email copy of each form message.
These providers act on the site's behalf. Your data is not sold, shared for advertising or used to build profiles. The fonts on this site are served from its own server, so no request goes to Google Fonts or any other font service.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see the data held about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Email [email protected] and you will get a reply within one month.
You can also complain to the Greek data protection authority: Hellenic Data Protection Authority, Kifisias 1-3, 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr.

Το v1dal.com δεν τοποθετεί δικά του cookies, δεν προβάλλει διαφημίσεις και δεν χρησιμοποιεί εργαλεία παρακολούθησης. Εδώ θα βρείτε όλα όσα συλλέγει, για ποιον λόγο και για πόσο διάστημα.
1. Υπεύθυνος επεξεργασίας
Την ιστοσελίδα διαχειρίζεται ο Δημήτριος Βιδάλης (V1DAL), Άγιος Νικόλαος, Κρήτη, ο οποίος είναι υπεύθυνος επεξεργασίας των δεδομένων που περιγράφονται εδώ. Για οτιδήποτε αφορά τα δεδομένα σας, γράψτε στο [email protected].
2. Η φόρμα επικοινωνίας
Όταν στέλνετε τη φόρμα, αποθηκεύονται το όνομά σας, η διεύθυνση email, ο προϋπολογισμός που επιλέξατε, το μήνυμα, η ώρα αποστολής και η διεύθυνση IP από την οποία στάλθηκε.
Σκοπός: να σας απαντήσω και, αν το ζητήσετε, να ετοιμάσω προσφορά. Η διεύθυνση IP κρατιέται για την αποτροπή spam και κατάχρησης της φόρμας.
Νομική βάση: ενέργειες κατόπιν αιτήματός σας πριν από την πιθανή σύναψη σύμβασης (άρθρο 6 παρ. 1 στ. β΄ ΓΚΠΔ)· για τη διεύθυνση IP, το έννομο συμφέρον προστασίας της φόρμας από κατάχρηση (άρθρο 6 παρ. 1 στ. στ΄ ΓΚΠΔ).
Πού: το μήνυμα αποθηκεύεται στον server της ιστοσελίδας και αποστέλλεται επίσης με email στο [email protected].
Για πόσο: το αντίγραφο στον server διαγράφεται αυτόματα 24 μήνες μετά την αποστολή. Αν συνεργαστούμε, τα email και τα έγγραφα του έργου διατηρούνται όσο ορίζει η ελληνική φορολογική και λογιστική νομοθεσία.
3. Ανώνυμα στατιστικά επισκέψεων
Για να φαίνεται ποιες σελίδες διαβάζονται, η ιστοσελίδα μετρά τις επισκέψεις στον δικό της server, χωρίς εξωτερική υπηρεσία. Για κάθε προβολή σελίδας ή κλικ καταγράφει: τη σελίδα, την ώρα, ποιο κουμπί ή έργο άνοιξε, το domain της ιστοσελίδας που σας έστειλε εδώ (π.χ. google.com), τη γλώσσα της σελίδας και τον τύπο συσκευής (κινητό, tablet ή υπολογιστής).
Δεν αποθηκεύεται διεύθυνση IP, cookie ή αναγνωριστικό, οπότε οι καταγραφές δεν μπορούν να συνδεθούν με εσάς ή μεταξύ τους. Ο server κρατά τη διεύθυνση IP ενός επισκέπτη στη μνήμη για έως 10 λεπτά, μόνο για να περιορίζει πόσες καταγραφές μπορεί να στείλει, και δεν την αποθηκεύει πουθενά.
Νομική βάση: το έννομο συμφέρον κατανόησης του τρόπου χρήσης της ιστοσελίδας (άρθρο 6 παρ. 1 στ. στ΄ ΓΚΠΔ).
Για πόσο: διαγράφονται αυτόματα μετά από 24 μήνες.

Η Cloudflare, που προστατεύει και παραδίδει την ιστοσελίδα, μπορεί να τοποθετήσει ένα απολύτως απαραίτητο cookie ασφαλείας (π.χ. __cf_bm) αν η κίνηση από τη σύνδεσή σας μοιάζει αυτοματοποιημένη. Χρησιμοποιείται μόνο για να ξεχωρίζει ανθρώπους από bots.
5. Τεχνικά δεδομένα κατά την επίσκεψη
Όπως σε κάθε ιστοσελίδα, η φόρτωση μιας σελίδας στέλνει τη διεύθυνση IP σας και βασικές πληροφορίες του browser στους servers που την παραδίδουν. Ο server της ιστοσελίδας δεν κρατά αρχεία καταγραφής (access logs) των επισκέψεών σας.
6. Ποιοι άλλοι επεξεργάζονται δεδομένα
Hetzner Online GmbH (Γερμανία): φιλοξενεί τον server της ιστοσελίδας, όπου αποθηκεύονται τα μηνύματα της φόρμας και τα στατιστικά.
Cloudflare, Inc.: παραδίδει και προστατεύει την ιστοσελίδα, διαχειρίζεται το DNS και προωθεί τα email προς το [email protected]. Η Cloudflare μπορεί να επεξεργάζεται δεδομένα εκτός ΕΕ βάσει των Τυποποιημένων Συμβατικών Ρητρών της ΕΕ και του Πλαισίου Προστασίας Δεδομένων ΕΕ–ΗΠΑ.
Google (Gmail): μεταφέρει και αποθηκεύει το αντίγραφο email κάθε μηνύματος της φόρμας.
Οι πάροχοι αυτοί ενεργούν για λογαριασμό της ιστοσελίδας. Τα δεδομένα σας δεν πωλούνται, δεν μοιράζονται για διαφήμιση και δεν χρησιμοποιούνται για δημιουργία προφίλ. Οι γραμματοσειρές της ιστοσελίδας φορτώνουν από τον δικό της server, οπότε δεν γίνεται κανένα αίτημα στο Google Fonts ή σε άλλη υπηρεσία γραμματοσειρών.
7. Τα δικαιώματά σας
Μπορείτε να ζητήσετε πρόσβαση στα δεδομένα σας, διόρθωση, διαγραφή, περιορισμό ή εναντίωση στην επεξεργασία, καθώς και φορητότητα. Γράψτε στο [email protected] και θα λάβετε απάντηση μέσα σε έναν μήνα.
